We were already smelling the warm spring air! So at fall/winter many MANY of us were waiting for that tea leaf to move just to find that motivation to "get moving". Now clouds are gone, weather is warming up into almost teens daily. If you haven't gotten that motivation yet, now there really isn't any more excuses to be glued to that chair 😉
Did you know that your Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis (aka NEAT) plays a key role in your fitness lifestyle? That's the energy your body burns during non-sleep/eat/sports/exercise times which contributes directly to your overall metabolism during non exercise times (which is majority of the time). So taking that flight of stairs instead of taking the lift, parking a little further away from the store making extra steps, will all contribute to expending energy (ie. burning calories).
